ADHD is both your genius and your curse. Your brain is chaotic. Your task manager should support that, not fight it.
Think of this as a list of reminders. You add them. You bump them down the road until they are done.
The number before a reminder is how many days it gets bumped when you hit space. More urgent? Fewer days. Less urgent? More days.
If you are done forever, hit Backspace to delete it.
With a reminder selected, Tab moves through its tags (applied first, then suggested). Enter toggles a tag on or off; Backspace removes an applied tag or dismisses a suggested one. Esc leaves tag focus. Backspace still deletes the whole reminder when you are not cycling tags.
Suggested tags: click to apply, Cmd- or Ctrl-click to dismiss, Alt-click for more actions (including block).
Keep it simple. Move fast. Godspeed.
